Booking policy

These terms apply to private, duet and event sessions with Lumen Wellness Inc. Every participant also signs our waiver before their first session.

Private and duet sessions

Book 2 to 28 days ahead using our booking calendar.
A 50% deposit by e-Transfer to hello@lumenwellness.ca is due within 24 hours of booking. Bookings without a deposit are released.
The balance is due by e-Transfer 24 hours before your session.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves to your new date (one reschedule per booking).
Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
Sessions end on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, it counts as a missed session.

A 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date.
The balance and final headcount are due 7 days before the event.
Events can include up to 15 guests. Every guest signs the waiver before the event.

If Lumen has to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST where applicable. Mats and equipment are provided.
